SHIPPING
We ship all orders via United Parcel Service, F.O.B. our
plant. All shipping charges are added based on the weight of the shipment and your delivery zip code.
TERMS
We accept VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Discover / checks / money orders.
Purchase Orders from schools and governmental units can be
accepted.
CANCELED ORDERS
We ship all orders promptly to accommodate your fast
turnaround needs. Once your order has been shipped you are responsible for
shipping and restocking charges.
DAMAGE
CLAIMS
Please make damage claims promptly with the carrier. Damages should be
noted on the freight receipt. We'll assist you although we are not responsible
for any damage that occurs in transit.
RETURNS
With prior approval from us, returns will be accepted if
within 30 days of order and bags are in undamaged, saleable condition.
However, we do charge a 15% refurbishing fee for repacking and
restocking.
